2025 IHAAZ Event Registration

2025 ZONA CUP season FINAL QUALIFICATION RULES


Please submit your team’s season finals roster for eligibility verification in accordance with the 2025 Zona Cup Finals Qualification Rules. Only teams that meet these rules will be eligible to compete in the 2025 Zona Cup Finals event. 

Please refer to the “Registration changes for 2025" section on the Website.

Before a teams entry is accepted, the entry fee payment must be made, the rosters must be turned in, and each player, goalie, and coach listed on each roster MUST have an electronic waiver submitted and their RHA membership recorded. If a teams entry is received, but the above criteria is not met, their entry will be refused, and the team will be asked to resubmit a new entry, and then the next entry in the queue will be processed, etc. 

Summary: To insure your teams entry is valid, do not submit your registration without verifying all players and coaches listed have completed a 2025 season waiver and have a current RHA membership.  

To assist with this, we have built a live list of all players who have submitted a waiver for the 2025 season. 

2025 IHAAZ Waiver List

This list shows each player by first initial and last name, along with birth year. If their name is not on this list, they have not submitted a waiver. We will be attempting to update this list daily during each events registration period.

RHA Member List 

These lists are helpful for you as a way to verify your players have completed their items. In addition to these lists, both the IHAAZ waiver submission and the RHA membership purchase generate confirmation emails that are sent upon completion. We suggest you ask each of your players to foward you those emails once they've been received, so you have that confirmation as well.

  • Teams who use our preferred uniform vendor, True Threds, will receive a $150 off coupon code for all events.

  • Entry fees for the 2025 season:

    • Qualifier entry - $650 (after $150 coupon code from True Threds)

    • Zona Cup entry - $800 (after $150 coupon code from True Threds)

    • The registration deadline will be strictly enforced.
